- • Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to
the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will
be attempted 3 times over 3 days (8:00 am to 7:00pm) after which the item will be cancelled.
- • Ibs Express: Products are warehoused at Ibs. Therefore, they are

- • Standard Shipping: Products are held in stock with our suppliers and
shipped once received at our warehouse.
NOTE: Same day delivery is exclusive of large items. Orders**(except Food) placed after 2pm are not
eligible for Same-day delivery. On recognized public holidays, delivery times are subject to
change.

Ibs Express delivery time is same day or next day delivery within Port-Harcourt (excluding large
items) while Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days. However, this may vary by location and even
product. Delivery time for other states is usually between 3-8 Business days.
ARE ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Products sold IbsAccessories are purchased from authorized distributors. Some of the devices, home
appliances and electronics are covered under a manufacturer warranty. We also offer a standard 3
day return policy for eligible items in case you need to make a return. To return any items bought
on ibsaccessories.com, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return

CAN IBSACCESSORIES DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
IbsAccessories.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You can make your purchases on our site from
anywhere in the world, but you have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes
